Manage Marketing: Selection Methodology

Program Objective

The “Top Marketing Solutions & Services” and related recognitions by Manage Marketing aim to identify organizations across the marketing sector that demonstrate leadership in campaign effectiveness, brand positioning, and business growth support. The program covers service and consulting providers supporting businesses in market strategy, customer acquisition, and brand management, alongside firms specializing in digital marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and market research. It also recognizes organizations delivering capabilities in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation, and analytics. By highlighting leaders driving measurable growth and customer engagement, we showcase the partners essential to navigating the evolving dynamics of modern marketing environments.

The Selection Framework

Our research team, in collaboration with the Manage Marketing Editorial Board, an external panel of industry peers, analysts and subscriber-driven nominations, employs a Marketing Business Value Assessment Model to identify and recognize companies delivering exceptional value to the marketing sector. Subscriber input plays an important role in the process, highlighting companies that professionals across the industry would recommend to their peers, choose for their own organizations or regard as best-in-class within their domain.

Nominees are scored on a scale of 1–100 across the following four criteria:

Impact on Marketing Outcomes and Business Growth (30%)

Assessment focuses on measurable improvements in customer acquisition, brand visibility, campaign performance, lead generation, conversion or revenue contribution across marketing initiatives.

Marketing Strategy Alignment and Business Fit (25%)

The editorial board examines how well a provider aligns with business goals, target audiences, positioning strategies and the practical realities of executing marketing programs across industries.

Execution in Dynamic and Demand-Driven Environments (25%)

Scoring considers the ability to deliver consistently in environments shaped by shifting market conditions, campaign timelines and coordination across channels while maintaining clarity and responsiveness.

Market Confidence and Client Credibility (20%)

Strong candidates demonstrate sustained trust through client relationships, subscriber nominations, repeat engagements, referrals and recognition among marketing leaders as dependable business partners.

The "Bona Fide" Editorial Process

• Stage 1: Multi-Source Nomination: Candidates are identified through subscriber recommendations, industry engagements and independent research conducted by the Manage Marketing editorial team.

• Stage 2: Editorial & Technical Review: Shortlisted organizations are assessed using publicly available information, industry context and, where applicable, additional non-proprietary inputs shared voluntarily.

• Stage 3: Final Adjudication: Final selections are made by the Editorial Advisory Board, comprising industry peers and analysts, following a comprehensive review of each organization’s capabilities, market relevance and overall impact.

Editorial Integrity & Disclosure

• Independence: No organization pays a fee to be nominated, evaluated or selected. The editorial process operates independently of all commercial and advertising activity.

• Informational Purpose: This recognition is intended to provide industry perspective and support informed evaluation. It does not constitute an endorsement of any organization’s services, claims or performance.
