A number of experiences over the last year have me thinking even more than normal about how businesses that produce goods need to be thinking about those goods’ next lives, a concept known as circularity. And I’m not the only one thinking about this. Last year, trade shows across the country included panels on recycling, sustainability and circularity — the idea that everything that gets created should have a second life, a third and so on. I was honored to serve on several of those, and I left inspired by the ideas my colleagues shared and the focus the industry is placing on circularity. Our company, Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite septic wastewater management products and solutions for commercial, residential, infrastructure and agricultural applications. At our core, though, we are in the water business: Our products protect and manage water, which we like to say is the world’s most precious resource. Protecting water also means thinking critically about how sustainability in manufacturing should influence our business practices. Throughout the year, on panels and in internal discussions about creating more sustainable products, a few key points became apparent: We need to increase access to and awareness of recycling. That includes educating consumers about what can and cannot be recycled and increasing the amount of ‘used’ material available to be recycled. The need is there; the system is not keeping up. We need to recover more recyclable materials from the waste stream and ensure that material is as clean as possible and kept with like materials rather than mixed. We all—producers who use virgin materials, companies who want more recycled materials, recycling companies, researchers, policymakers, etc.—need to work together to make recycling successful. There is no singular silver bullet. "The more people who can access recycling programs worldwide, the better off our planet
Growth Foundry operates a unified marketing system where SEO, paid ads, and local search run together to generate predictable leads and measurable ROI. The company partners with local home service businesses that run multi-truck fleets, maintain structured teams and have the operational capacity to convert demand into revenue. What problem does Growth Foundry address for local service businesses? Most of these businesses invest in SEO, PPC and local listings separately, which create visibility, but not consistent revenue-generating leads. Growth Foundry replaces this fragmented approach with a holistic system that executes all channels within one system from the outset. “If you're not visible across search, maps, and recommendations at the same time, you’re leaving demand for competitors to capture instead,” states Allen Levings, Managing Partner. Businesses appear across results pages and paid placements in a synchronized cycle, ensuring sustained market presence. This model is built on the founding team’s 50 years of combined campaign experience across different markets, applying real data to understand potential demand patterns and convert it into leads. Building Visibility That Produces Leads How does the company begin campaigns to generate early search data? Campaigns at Growth Foundry don’t begin with prolonged analysis. In the first month, the team closes SEO gaps quickly, launches new service pages, optimizes the Google Business Profiles, and activates PPC and Meta campaigns. Data starts accumulating from day one. Month two refines performance based on live data. By month three, campaigns rank for long-tail keywords and generate initial leads as platforms learn the account, and by month six, most campaigns recover cost and deliver positive returns. Why does local visibility data shape Growth Foundry’s campaign targeting? Unlike standardized templates that treat markets identically, Growth Foundry takes a data-driven approach tailored to each niche. Using its software, Local Viking, an early geogrid tracking tool, the team maps visibility across affluent service areas and neighborhoods, taking into account customer profiles, local weather and soil conditions to identify demand and competitive pressure. This precision targeting directs campaigns toward locations most likely to generate leads. .
Every viral trend begins with a signal; the first surge of engagement that shows an idea is catching on. Captiv8 started as a technology to track those signals as a social listening tool for Instagram, measuring the velocity of content as it spread across feeds. But as brands leaned on those insights, prediction only took them so far. They needed to act on influence, discovering the right creators, activating partnerships, managing campaigns and proving impact. That need shaped Captiv8’s evolution into a complete end-to-end influencer marketing platform. Today, brands can run the entire campaign journey in one place, from finding creators through its AI engine to activating partnerships, scaling the creator content through paid, and all the way to measuring performance. By unifying these steps, Captiv8 delivers a centralized platform for data and insights in an ecosystem where brands, agencies, PR teams and talent managers often struggle to stay aligned. At the core of Captiv8 is its AI discovery engine, built to bring precision to influencer marketing. It combines more than 500 filters, creator profiles and real-time engagement data to move beyond simple matching and into predictive modeling. To fuel this engine, the platform unifies three powerful datasets: creator data gathered through onboarding questions on lifestyle attributes and brand affinities, audience data that shows which content formats resonate and which segments drive purchases or installs, and brand data such as years of purchase history shared by partners. Working together, every campaign adds new data, new intelligence and improves future predictions, which in turn sharpens predictions about which creators will perform best and what content will deliver the strongest outcomes. These insights flow directly into commerce integrations such as TikTok Shop, branded storefronts and affiliate programs, transforming creator collaborations from surface-level partnerships into measurable business outcomes. For marketers under pressure to move beyond vanity metrics, Captiv8 also provides advanced analytics, attribution and real-time dashboards, ensuring every dollar spent can be traced back to outcomes. “Whether you’re an NGO driving awareness, a retailer increasing sales or a brand boosting engagement, you can benefit from our platform built to adapt campaigns to your mission. As a true full-funnel solution, we help you tap creators for top-of-funnel visibility and connect those efforts to bottom-line outcomes you can measure with confidence,” says Krishna Subramanian, co-founder..

Scaling Predictable Digital Marketing Systems
At the center of this issue, Growth Foundry is recognized as the Top Digital Marketing Agency 2026. The company brings SEO, PPC and local search together in a more connected and practical way for everyday business needs. Instead of treating each channel separately, it focuses on how they work together to create steady and predictable lead flow. For local service businesses, this means moving away from scattered marketing efforts toward a clearer system that links visibility directly to customer demand.
Alongside this systems-led approach, broader marketing thinking continues to evolve around lead diversification and performance stability. Tyler Marrin, VP of Marketing at Smith & Associates Real Estate, states that relying on a single acquisition source often results in an unstable pipeline. He adds that a mix of lead channels allows businesses to reach people at different stages of their decision journey, helping improve consistency and long-term performance.
In parallel, marketing in regulated and science-driven industries is shifting toward precision, compliance and structured data architecture. Brittany Pelka, Digital Marketing Manager at Mérieux NutriSciences North America, discusses the importance of Answer Engine Optimization and CRM integrity in ensuring marketing systems remain both compliant and performance-driven. She highlights how tightly integrated data workflows and structured content systems are becoming essential for maintaining visibility in AI-driven discovery environments while ensuring regulatory alignment.
Together, the organizations and contributors featured in this issue reflect a clear shift toward unified marketing systems, where performance is driven by integration, data precision and operational consistency. We invite readers to explore the insights presented throughout this edition.
